Small size group training offers students an intensive training session for an hour without break! Students will be paired with one and another to practice basic techniques like footwork and racquet skills such as clears, forehand/backhand drops, smashes, cross-court clears, offense and defense, net play etc. It is great for students who want to practice for a compact time period and get an excellent workout. It is also great for students looking to develop their fundamentals and advance from one technique to another. This training style benefits the complete beginner as well as players with varying skill sets.
